Psychedelic. Tie-Dye. Yogi Heaven.
If you’ve been, you know. If you haven’t, then you probably want to go. This Bali stay at The Chillhouse was slightly different than my usual as it wasn’t about luxury, but rather activities and adventure with really good food. Think tree-house living, bike-riding, yoga-flowing days all finished off with a special meal at the communal dinner table. If you’re looking for the more chic and honeymoon kind of trip check out my other reviews, but if you’re looking for an easy going lower cost trip this is your go.
The Gerry Lopez Tree House (the room I stayed in) was equipped with two outdoor showers, an adorable canopy bed, a big balcony, and a secret treehouse up above the bedroom. The common areas around the hotel include the pools, yoga room, meditation tree house, co-working space, and dining area. You could also get massages, surfing, and biking lessons. 🙂
