So I know this might sound kind of crazy, but since I got to Asia I’ve been having some major cookie cravings. I planned ahead (maybe even a little too far ahead!) and brought a mini lifetime supply of Ginny Bakes Coconut Oatmeal Bliss Bake Mix to make some healthy cookies on the go. Usually I’d get crazy and add some variety to take these cookies to the next level, but I have to admit that they’re pretty perfect just the way they are….
Cashew milk, I love you. The creamy texture and rich flavor convinced me how badly I needed to write on how to make cashew milk. I personally never got along with dairy milk, since it always came with an unbearable stomach ache and digestive issues for days. I’m so delighted to find a non-dairy milk that’s even better than dairy, and it takes no longer than 5 minutes to whip up.
