Simply Roasted Brussel Sprouts
A versatile and easy-to-make side dish that goes with everything.

Serves: 4 servings
- 1 stalk brussel sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Handful maldon sea salt
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Wash the brussel sprouts, place in a bowl, and coat thoroughly with olive oil.
- Mix in any additional flavors (lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, etc.) and place on a baking tray. Be careful not to overlap.
- Sprinkle maldon sea salt flakes over the sprouts and place in the oven. Cook for 30 minutes or until slightly soft.
