Flat Tummy Detox Salad

A light and delicious raw vegan salad go-to for a flat tummy and toned body.
Author: Tara Milhem
Serves: 2 Servings
Ingredients
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets chopped
  • 2 cups Cauliflower Florets chopped
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Raisins chopped
  • ¼ cup Raw Almonds chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix them in a bowl with the carrots, parsley, raisins, almonds, and hemp hearts.
  3. In another bowl combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and cayenne. Mix the dressing with the salad and allow the salad to sit for 20 minutes before enjoying.
