Flat Tummy Detox Salad
A light and delicious raw vegan salad go-to for a flat tummy and toned body.

Serves: 2 Servings
- 2 cups Broccoli Florets chopped
- 2 cups Cauliflower Florets chopped
- 1 cup Carrot grated
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- 3 Tbsp Raisins chopped
- ¼ cup Raw Almonds chopped
- 2 Tbsp Hemp Hearts
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp Sea Salt
- ⅛ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Chop the broccoli and cauliflower florets into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix them in a bowl with the carrots, parsley, raisins, almonds, and hemp hearts.
- In another bowl combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, and cayenne. Mix the dressing with the salad and allow the salad to sit for 20 minutes before enjoying.
