  • 1 European or Persian Cucumber
  • 3 Tomatoes, large and juicy
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 4 Limes
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Maldon Sea Salt
  • Ground Pepper
  1. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the lime juice, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and serve immediately.
