A deliciously sweet smoothie for morning energy.

  • 1 cup Berries (your choice) frozen or fresh
  • 1 Banana frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Coconut Water or Water ice cubed
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
Instructions
  1. Blend all of the ingredients.
  2. Top with chia/hemp seeds and enjoy.
