Grilled Tomato Veggie Sliders

A creative slider option made using tomato buns and Hilary's Eat Well veggie burgers.
Serves: 2 sliders
  • 2 large tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 Hilary‚Äôs Eat Well Veggie Burgers, any flavor
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 avocado, halved
  1. Using a grill or grill pan cook halved tomatoes until slightly blackened.
  2. Add veggie burgers and avocado grilling until lightly browned.
  3. On a plate assemble the veggie burger on top of the tomato with carrots, cabbage, and avocado.
  4. Serve warm
