Creamy Homemade Tahini Sauce

This homemade tahini sauce is perfect for dressing vegetable dishes, pairing with hummus, or using as a dip for fresh cut crudite.
Author: Tara Milhem
Serves: 1 small bowl
Ingredients
  • 3½ tbsp Tahini Paste
  • 1½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk the paste until the sauce reaches the consistency of honey. You can continuously add more tahini or water if necessary.
  3. Drizzle over fresh vegetable dishes, salads, or crudite.
