- 1 cup Berries (your choice) frozen or fresh
- 1 Banana frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Coconut Water or Water ice cubed
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- Blend all of the ingredients.
- Top with chia/hemp seeds and enjoy.
