The first question I get when people find out that
I’m a Nutritionist is,
“What’s your approach?”
If I could sum it up into three sentences and call it a day, I would. The short answer is that I take a balanced approach
to nutrition that involves moderation.
It embraces wine at dinner and a few bites of dessert.
Being healthy is not being extreme. Been there, done that.
When you ask me what I eat, I will respond with everything.
When you ask me what my favorite food is, I won’t hold back in
telling you it’s carrot cake, extra frosting.
I believe everyone has their own special place where their balance lives and that’s what I help my clients, followers, and readers find.
