Waffles, fluffy pillows, and breakfast in bed.
These are among some of the best things ever created, mostly breakfast in bed though. There’s nothing I love more than a late Sunday morning cuddled in bed eating a breakfast favorite served 3 different ways: sparkling grapefruit juice, halved grapefruit, and gluten free buckwheat waffles with…surprise… grapefruit! Before I turn into a grapefruit I wanted to share the recipe for an easy sparkling juice that you can make yourself down below.
Guys, I’m back!!! After launching TheWholeTara Recipe App I’ve been a little MIA lately on the blog with new recipes. I wanted to get back in the game with a recipe that had the potential to be a serious new favorite, so what better than this One Bowl Wonder Curry Quinoa and Bean Burger? These one bowl meals have been so popular that I knew this one would be a hit too. I even added crunchy roasted chickpeas for a serious bang. And worry not because this recipe is super easy to make….
Easy salads are the name of the game here, especially when you’re running off to school or work. This Sweet and Savory Ranch Market Salad can be made and packed ahead of time for school, work, or spring picnic. Hint of Greens was kind enough to come up with this contrasting combo for the site, and did a mouthwatering job! Pair it with a scoop of tuna and/or brown rice for a satisyfing meal.

I write this as I’m curled up on my couch, wrapped in a fuzzy blanket, sipping on my bowl of Winter Weight Loss soup. They always say that the best creations come out of your own need and while I’m freezing my buns off this February in New York City, I couldn’t ask for anything more. I must note though, winter or not, this soup is any season approved and packed with nutrition to keep you fueled up.
Lets be honest here. Watching the SuperBowl isn’t really my thing. In fact I don’t even know who’s playing. But here’s what I do happen to know about the SuperBowl: Commercials are a hit, fried finger foods make the game, and the first Sunday of every February is when it takes place….
Creamy, not fishy, and mayo-free? Yes please. I’m writing this as I dig into this healthy tuna salad over brown rice crackers and an avocado salad. Side note: This might just be the perfect pairing. Anyway, I’m a big fan of tuna for lunch, especially when it doesn’t have mayo. Why tuna? It’s healthy, it’s easy, and it’s a versatile way to get your protein in. You can put it over this Garlicky Kale Salad, a sweet potato, this Refreshing Israeli Salad, and even steamed veggies. You name it….
I remember someone once told me that every girl he ever dated ended up cooking him salmon. Well, why is that? Probably because salmon is that one food you can get away with making despite never cooking a meal in your life. And it’ll still come out really. freakin’. good. Now I’m not saying these girls never cooked before, but what I am saying is that this dish will blow your mind, your boyfriend’s mind, and everyone else’s mind in between. If you’re into fish, you like tasty food, and you are ready to make a killer dish, then don’t think twice about whipping this salmon recipe up….
You know the drill: New year, new goals, and a ton of motivation. You’re probably setting out to drop those chocolatey holiday pounds and tone up, but by you might notice that by week three your fire lightly starts to fade away and you’re back to the drawing board. Lucky you, I won’t let that happen to you this time around. This New Year’s Resolution Bowl is going to do just the trick to keep you and your goals in check throughout the entire year….
