When I found out that there was a Nobu at my hotel in Hong Kong, The Intercontinental, I knew I just had to get a reservation. Although I do enjoy meals like this from time to time, I also love everything about living a plant-based lifestyle. It’s been an internal battle for a while and I do like to be flexible, so I made a small exception here. No regrets….

Our stay at The Intercontinental in Hong Kong embodied all of that and more. There was a certain something that set this city apart from any other. It’s always described as an Asian version of New York City, but I beg to differ. Hong Kong had a certain je ne sais quoi about it, but then again it may have just been our plush accommodations and to die for views of the harbor….
