These are among some of the best things ever created, mostly breakfast in bed though. There’s nothing I love more than a late Sunday morning cuddled in bed eating a breakfast favorite served 3 different ways: sparkling grapefruit juice, halved grapefruit, and gluten free buckwheat waffles with…surprise… grapefruit! Before I turn into a grapefruit I wanted to share the recipe for an easy sparkling juice that you can make yourself down below.
Sparkling grapefruit juice, or water, is beyond easy to make. I’m working with Sweet Scarletts and used their grapefruits, which can be found at your nearby store. They’re so sweet, you don’t even need to add sugar. To make the juice squeeze 2 grapefruits into a glass. Then, add 2 cups of carbonated water and refrigerate. You can add a squeeze of lime or lemon, but completely optional since it’s just so delicious on its own.
