Easy salads are the name of the game here, especially when you’re running off to school or work. This Sweet and Savory Ranch Market Salad can be made and packed ahead of time for school, work, or spring picnic. Hint of Greens was kind enough to come up with this contrasting combo for the site, and did a mouthwatering job! Pair it with a scoop of tuna and/or brown rice for a satisyfing meal.

- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- ½ cup apple, chopped
- 5 kalamata olives, halved
- ¼ cup sprouts
- 2 T Tessemae’s Ranch Dressing
- Place the mixed greens in a bowl, add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, apple, olives and sprouts. Top salad with ranch dressing, toss and serve.
