When I found out that there was a Nobu at my hotel in Hong Kong, The Intercontinental, I knew I just had to get a reservation. Although I do enjoy meals like this from time to time, I also love everything about living a plant-based lifestyle. It’s been an internal battle for a while and I do like to be flexible, so I made a small exception here. No regrets.
Needless to say, this meal was absolutely fantastic. We tasted dishes from the universal menu, and some of the special Hong Kong dishes. My favorite was the spinach salad and fresh salmon sashimi (I’m a simple girl!). I also sat down with the Executive Chef and got to chat about the dishes.
